By reverse-engineering the original component, 10G developed a flash emulator that replicated the obsolete memory chip’s behavior, preserved data integrity, and maintained full system functionality.

Through advanced demand forecasting, design engineering, and rapid validation, 10G delivered a fully tested, production-ready solution that ensured continuity, prevented costly downtime, and extended the lifespan of Caterpillar’s heavy equipment systems.
